My name is Alfie Shipley; I am a British singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. I have experience in playing multiple genres ranging from blues, soul to pop and rock. I also feature on most major streaming services both as an artist in my own right and as a studio session musician. I love music and am hugely passionate about what I do. I started street performing at the age of 11 often surprising people with my musical abilities. This success has allowed me to upgrade my musical equipment opening up opportunities to other types of potential audiences. I have now worked my way up to performing in other venues and theatres and have even been a support act for an album launch. I have no problem diversifying styles in a piece, switching it up from a slow emotional ballad, to an up-tempo song with a good sense of drive and power within a beat, no matter what the song. The thing that gives me the greatest joy is interacting with my audience and providing an enjoyable music experience. I have often been told that my performances are passionate and emotional and that has given me a strong connection with the audience. I have been rebooked multiple times and my performances are always very well received.
